What Are The Parts Of The Hydraulic System?

Feb 13, 2024

Power components (oil pump), executive components (oil cylinder or hydraulic motor), control components (various valves), auxiliary components and working media are composed of five parts.

1, the power component (oil pump) its role is to use the mechanical energy of the prime mover to convert the liquid into liquid pressure energy; It's the power part of the hydraulic transmission.
2. The actuator (cylinder, hydraulic motor) converts the hydraulic energy of the liquid into mechanical energy. Among them, the cylinder does linear movement, and the motor does rotational movement.
3, the control components include pressure valve, flow valve and direction valve. Their role is to adjust the speed of the hydraulic motor stepless according to the need, and to regulate the pressure, flow and flow direction of the working liquid in the hydraulic system.
4, auxiliary components in addition to the above three parts of the other components, including pressure gauges, oil filters, energy storage devices, coolers, pipe fittings {mainly including: all kinds of pipe joints (flaring, welding, sleeve type, sae flange), high pressure ball valves, quick change joints, hose assembly, pressure measuring joints, pipe clips, etc.} and fuel tanks, they are also very important.
5, the working medium The working medium refers to the hydraulic oil or emulsion in all kinds of hydraulic transmission, which realizes energy conversion through the oil pump and the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic system is to achieve movement and power transmission through the medium.
