Structure: it is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover.
Tube: black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion and oil.
Reinforcement: four layers of high tensile and high strength spiraled steel wire, making the hose highly resistant to high pressure.
Cover: high quality black synthetic rubber, making the hose resistant to abrasion, corrosion, weather, ozone, cut, oil and aging.
Working temperature: -40 °C to +100 °C.

CONSTRUCTION:

DIN EN 856 4SH shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber,four spiral plies of steel wire wrapped in alternating directions,and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.
