One Steel Wire Braid Hose (SAE 100 R1AT / R1A)
Tube: oil resistant synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: one high tensile steel braid.
Cover compound : abrasion, ozone and hydrocarbon resistant synthetic rubber.
Surface: smooth & cloth
Application: high pressure hydraulic lines, fuel oil, antifreeze solutions, air and water. Constant operation: -40 °C +100 °C (-40 °F +212 °F) air max T = +70 °C (+160 °F)

DESCRIPTION: Wrapped steel wire reinforced rubber cover hydraulic hose SAE 100 R1AT/R1A

 

CONSTRUCTION:

 

SAE 100 R1 this hose shall consist of an inner tube of oil resistant synthetic rubber,a single steel wire braid reinforcement,and an oil and weather resistant synthetic rubber cover.

 

APPLICATIONS:

 

Medium pressure hydraulic lines. Meets or exceeds the requirements of SAE 100 R1 Type AT and performance requirements of EN 853 1SN.Mine hydraulic support, oilfield extraction machinery, mine/ road/construction machinery.

STRONG STRUCTURE: Oil resistant synthetic rubber tube and cover with single layer of steel wire braided reinforcement. Excellent anti-aging and abrasion resistance.

SUPERIOR ABILITY: SAE R1AT work well in hydraulic systems. This hose is light weight, small volume and has good flexibility. Also it can work well under a high temperature in systems.

PRIVATE DESIGN: We offer OEM/ODM and 3D design, send us your file(or we design for you), print Logo/text/pattern. If everything is ok, the production will begin based on your drawings.
