CONSTRUCTION:

Tube: Oil-resistant synthetic thermoplastic core(Nylon)
Reinforcement: two braids of high tensile synthetic fiber
Cover: Abrasion-resistant polyurethane

This hose shall consists of a thermoplastic inner tube resistant to hydraulic fluids with suitable synthetic fiber reinforcement, and a hydraulic fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic cover.
Temperature:
-40°C to +100°C

APPLICATIONS:

SAE 100R8 is a standard for high-pressure hydraulic hoses made of thermoplastic materials. These hoses are designed for high-pressure applications and offer excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to high temperatures and chemicals. The R8 hose is similar to the SAE 100R7, but it is reinforced with additional layers to handle higher pressures. The R8 hose may have additional reinforcement layers to handle higher pressures compared to R7.

SAE 100R8 hoses are suitable for high-pressure applications and provide a good balance of flexibility and strength.
