Leak disposal

Reason 1: The concentricity of the hollow shaft and the matching rotating body is not enough. Disposal countermeasures: check the size and accuracy, adjust the fixed connection with the rotating body.
Reason 2: Low precision of the installation machine (face restraightness, radial, axial clearance), large vibration. Solution: Find the cause, repair and install the equipment.
Reason 3: Foreign bodies such as silt and dirt enter the contact surface of the friction pair. Disposal strategy: add filter or decontaminator, and transform the type of rotary joint.
Cause four: The operating pressure, temperature, and rotational speed are beyond the range of the optional rotary connector. Disposal countermeasures: Study the operating conditions, ask the research unit or the manufacturer, and change the type of rotary joint.
