CHARACTERISTICS：
Tube: PTFE hose,for high and low temperature used,anti-corrosive,non-stick.
Cover: SUS304/316 stainless steel braided,higher pressure resistance,all kinds of couplings can be available.
Temperature: constant use -50℃~+210℃,instant use-70℃~+260℃
Application: the hydraulic hose,pneumatic hose and steam hose of the industries of rubber,plastic,clothing,auto,engine bed,shipbuilding,electrical machinery,diesel alternate liquid,gas,and high corrosive medium compare to other hose,also have the longer life.
High chemical stability,can withstand all kind of strong acid,include the aqua regia,hydrofluoric acid,thick hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,fuming sulfuric acid,and strong alkali,oxidant and all kind of organic solvent,it is good for the feeding of the high-purity chemicals.
Non-stick,very low friction coefficient,no any residue will stay in the hose after use.
Anti-aging,can be long time outdoor used
Excellent dielectric,PTFE is the high non-polar material ,has the good dielectric property.huge resistance,the dielectric constant is about 2.0,it is the smallest in all of the insulation material now being used,and no effect by the change of the temperature and frequency.
Excellent thermal stability,can not burn,the limited oxygen index more than 95,in the flame,it is only melting,no droplets,and in high temperature will be carbonization.
High flexibility,bear bending.
Some hoses in high transparent,easy to observe the internal liquid.
